CASE 1: You (or someone else) are using more than $ this at a time. View.AuthResponse.DeviceLimit devices and / or browsers → Sign out of devices and / or browsers you don’t use
CASE # 2: Viewing pages in private mode → Always disconnect before closing the browser window
CASE 3: You reject connection cookies in your browser settings (or the update has changed your settings) → Change your browser’s cookie settings
IN EACH CASE → clicking “continue on this device” will solve the problem
What happens when I click ‘continue on this device’? You will be able to use your account on this device and all your other devices will be logged out. You can always reconnect to it within the $ this.View.AuthResponse.DeviceLimit device limit.
How can I view connected devices? Go to your customer area and click “manage device”. If you go there after clicking “Continue on this device”, there should be only one.
