After shots were fired at a house in Kirkby, a large crime scene was established in the residential area.
Police were called to a house in Park Brow Drive after it was reported that the attack had damaged the ground floor window. Fortunately, at the time of the shooting, which probably occurred sometime before 11:00 PM on Friday, April 22, no one was on the property.
Investigations are now underway, and crime scene investigations are being carried out along with house investigations. Police are also investigating CCTV footage in an effort to identify those responsible and are in the local community to provide reassurance to the local community.

“If you have CCTV, on-board camera or footage on any other device, check them to see if you have any footage you could share with us that could help us find the people in charge.
“Shooting a gun in a residential street is extremely reckless and dangerous and shows total indifference to the safety of the locals.
“So if you know anything, tell us and we will take action against those responsible.”
